1. What is Pure-Attire’s return policy?

We want you to be satisfied with your order! If for any reason you are not completely happy, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure the items are in their original condition (unwashed, unused, and with all tags attached). Some items, such as underwear, swimwear, and gift cards, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. For more information, you can consult our Return and Refund Policy page.

2. How do I place an order?

Placing an order at Pure-Attire is easy! Follow these steps:

  1. Browse our collection and select the items you want to buy.
  2. Add them to your shopping cart.
  3. Go to checkout, fill in your shipping details, and choose your payment method.
  4. Review and confirm your order.
  5. Once your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

3. Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment, we offer free shipping within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Switzerland. For other regions, you can consult our Shipping Policy page for more information about availability and shipping costs.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment on the courier’s website. If you have trouble tracking your order, please feel free to contact our customer service team for assistance.

5. Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders immediately and as quickly as possible to ensure fast delivery. Because orders are forwarded directly to our suppliers, we often cannot process changes or cancellations after an order has been placed. Therefore, canceling an order after placing it is usually not possible.

Of course, you retain your statutory right of withdrawal. This means you can return the product within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. Any return costs and the procedure are described in our return conditions.
