Return and refund policy

At Pure-Attire, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are happy to assist you! Our return and refund policy is simple and clear, so you have a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns for most items within 14 days of receiving your order (in accordance with European regulations). We want to make returning your item as easy as possible, so please read the return guidelines below:

  • Return eligibility:
    • Items must be unused and unwashed.
    • Items must still have the original labels attached to the product.
    • Items must be in the original packaging (if applicable).
    • Certain products are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., personalized items).
  • How to return:
    • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via info@pure-attire.com to indicate that you want to return an item.
    • Please include your order number and the reason for return in your email.
    • We will respond with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back. Returns must be sent back to the supplier(s) who handled the delivery and shipping of the product. In some cases, this may be a supplier located in another (third) country outside the EU (such as China).
  • Return shipping costs:
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
    • Make sure the item is well packaged to prevent damage during transport.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Refund conditions:
    • Full refund: If your item meets the return conditions, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
    • Partial refund: In some cases, we may provide a partial refund if the item is not in its original condition or has been used.
    • Refunding shipping costs: We cannot refund the original shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item.

Exchange

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product. If you have questions about this process, our customer service team is happy to assist you.

Damaged or defective items

We do everything to carefully package your order, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@pure-attire.com. We will then arrange immediately and at no extra cost a replacement product or – if replacement is not possible – an appropriate solution, such as repair, price reduction, or refund.

To resolve the issue quickly, we ask you to send photos of the damaged or defective item when you contact us.

Non-returnable items

For hygienic and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized items or custom-made products

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund after 7-10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@pure-attire.com.

Important notes:

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period.
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process, so please use a traceable shipping service.
  • All returned items must comply with the return conditions described in this policy to be eligible for a refund.
  • Returns must always be sent back to the same supplier(s) responsible for the delivery and shipment of the product. In some cases, this may be a supplier located in another (third) country outside the EU (for example, China).
  • We process orders immediately and as quickly as possible to ensure fast delivery. Because orders are forwarded directly to our suppliers, we often cannot process changes or cancellations after an order is placed. Therefore, canceling an order after placing it is usually not possible. Of course, you retain your statutory right of withdrawal. This means you can return the product within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
  • Undelivered or refused packages: If an order cannot be delivered, is refused, or not collected, the refund may be reduced to cover incurred costs such as shipping, return, customs, and product costs. This is up to €20 if the package is returned to the supplier and up to 50% of the original purchase amount if the package is not returned to the supplier.
